Five Star Nails & Spa

This place definitely fits the name. I have been going to different nail salons for the last couple months trying to find one that I like. Well I found it, the language barrier was almost not there. They are very good at communicating their English is very good. Which is really nice cuz sometimes I get frustrated. The lady who shaped and painted my nails was an absolute sweetheart she took her time and made them perfect. Then the guy that did the designs did them exactly how I asked no questions asked. When he did something I didn't particularly like he redid it no hesitation. I felt very taken care of and I will definitely be going back highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE this place. Definitely worth the drive, I’m located in south Phoenix and had desperately been looking for a good nail place. To understand what I want and how I want it, and that’s exactly what I got at Five Star Nails & Spa. I just did a walk in and was seated immediately. Love that there is clear communication there and you’re not waiting on a worker to be finished. Brian did my acrylic nails JUST THE WAY I WANTED THEM! He was precise with how he was cutting the nail to my liking and did a very nice job. Overall, if you’re reading through the comments to find out if they are worth it, they are!! I’m very pleased with the results of my nails. I will be going again....

Did a walk-in with 3-4 fall mail ideas in mind. Brian was patient, gave helpful explanations on options and recommendations, didn’t try to dissuade me from anything “complicated”, and incorporated my ideas into something amazing! I just love how my nails turned out, and his detailing was near perfect. I will definitely return. The salon was clean with good aesthetics, and everyone working was friendly. This is a must-try nail salon!

I came to this establishment for the first time on Mother’s Day to treat myself and to also get ready for my birthday this coming Friday . It was super busy and I wasn’t sure that I would get seated quickly, although they said they could get me in, but to my surprise I was seated within the first five minutes of walking in, I was met with a lady named Trinity for a pedicure. She did so amazing my feet were smooth and her painting of my toes was super professional . She also did my fill as well Trinity is amazing ! I recommend her ! I waited a couple of days to post because I sometimes run into issues with nail art being amazing but nails falling off within only a couple of days . No nails are lifted no nails damaged and no fill look yet! If I could rate 10 stars I would . I will most definitely be back thank you Trinity

I came to Five Star Nails today with a photo and no appointment. I was able to get right in with Kadie. I always go with my normal French manicure on my fingers and toes but decided to venture out a bit for the Christmas season. Kadie seems to specialize in designs and I could not be happier with the job she did. Happy December!

Trinity did a full set of SNS nails on me and I LOVE THEM!!! Best I’ve ever had!! She never rushes through no matter how busy she is or what time it is. Not only is she very sweet and kind but very meticulous with her work I recommend her 10/10!!!
